Our goal, as artists, is to spread laughter, tears, wonder, joy, and an occasional helping of creepy-crawlies — but never aggravation about a sales transaction. If a CD should arrive damaged or unplayable, please let us know at once. We will cheerfully work with you to resolve any problem.
We will, with great sadness, refund the purchase price of any CD that is returned to us undamaged and unopened, though we really think you would enjoy it if you opened it and listened! The expense of shipping and returning that undamaged and unopened CD is not, however, refundable. If you really need to return a CD, please contact us for return mailing instructions.
Shipping:
CD orders are currently shipping in 1-2 business days. Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, or USPS Priority Mail International.
Delivery estimate for U.S. shipping addresses is 2-5 days after mailing. We will email you as soon as your order ships, to let you know it’s on its way.
Delivery estimate for international shipping addresses is 1-2 weeks after mailing — depending on how quickly your package clears through customs.
All sales are processed in the state of California, U.S.A. Payment of any out-of-state use taxes or import duties is the responsibility of the customer.
